Here is our chief judge for 2007

Dennis Bortko who is the chairman.  We decided that Jerry Simmons needs to coach Dennis and roam the contestants and give it a rest since he won the World Championship in 2006 in Omaha, Nebraska in the Chili Verde category.  It is the second time Jerry has won the world championship.
