Use this link to enter the chili contest with your credit card or to make contributions/donations for our charity "Teach the Children."  Once entered please mail in your application so we have all information on your team.  This will give us time to produce your booth identity.  The morning of the cook off does not give us time to do a nice booth sign. 

You must be an active member of the ICS International Chili Society to enter this contest as it is a sanctioned cook off.  If you are not the annual fee is $42.00 and you receive the Chili Pepper newspaper and Chili Pepper Magazine for 1 year from the date of joining.  It is an annual fee.  Go to www.chilicookoff.com to join the ICS on line.  When you enter the RGV Regional on line please include your ICS membership number.  If you are not a member you can join the morning of the cook off.  All head cooks must be 18 years of age.
